About the Client
Our client is a home care and health services company in Dubai. They provide assistance to the elderly as well as people with physical disabilities, medical conditions. Here you can order the services of a professional nurse lasting from several hours to daily.
The main problem for our customer was the difficulty in controlling the quality of the provided services. There were hundreds of nurses on staff serving hundreds of clients. Unfortunately, not all 100% of the caregivers did their job well. And due to the lack of a quick and convenient mechanism for obtaining feedback, a certain part of the clients remained dissatisfied, and the management could not promptly receive information and respond appropriately. Thus, we were faced with the task of developing and implementing such a mechanism.
As a result, we developed a mobile application through which a Ghaya Care client could log in and leave a review, evaluating the work of the hired staff. The application was equipped with the function of monitoring the schedule of visits of a particular nurse, the option to evaluate her service on a five-point scale, and the ability to leave reviews. The possibility of making a request for a replacement nurse has also been implemented. In addition, the client always remains aware of all updates, changes, and important events in the work of the service thanks to push notification.
The system was completed on time and launched within 3 months.
The implemented application significantly reduced the costs of the client’s call center, which freed up a significant amount of funds within 1 month.
